Rangikura School

Every student from Rangikura School who has attended Animal and Equine-Assisted Therapy and Learning at Stockdale Farm has benefitted in ways that have helped them immensely.

Children who are vulnerable, and not being catered for through other therapeutic interventions, have grown in positive ways through regular sessions at the farm. I have seen huge growth in positive social interactions, emotional regulation and happiness in our students who have been assisted by the team at Stockdale farm.

Seeing children return to school and sustain pro-social behaviours, form friendships and follow school expectations for behaviour — where previously this has been extremely hard for them — illustrates the value of Animal and Equine-Assisted Therapy and Learning at Stockdale Farm.

I believe this programme is life-changing for the young people who attend. The growth in pride, confidence and positivity is testament to the quality of the individualised interventions that Stockdale Farm delivers to their clients.
